Tigertech AB (org. no. 559239-7276), Alevägen 10, 418 73 Gothenburg, Sweden, is responsible for the personal data described here when you use our services or apps, visit our websites, or communicate with us.

When we deliver a service on behalf of a race organiser or a brand, that organiser often decides what data is collected and why, and we process it on their instructions. Their privacy notice then applies too.

This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts.

Like any website it runs on a web host - Vercel Inc. - which processes technical data such as IP address and browser details to deliver the pages and keep them secure.

If you email us, we use your address and your message to reply to you.

In our apps and services we may process:

• your name and email address
• country, date of birth and gender
• results from completed workouts and races, including finish time (or final distance), photos, and your description of the workout or race

• To provide the service and information about your account - necessary to fulfil our agreement with you.
• To make the service as convenient as possible to use, and to develop and market our services - our legitimate interest.
• To create marketing material from images created in or taken from the service - our legitimate interest. If you personally are the focus of that material, we ask for your consent before it is produced.
• To carry out surveys and analyses - our legitimate interest.
• To safeguard our interests in the event of legal claims - our legitimate interest.

• Partners and suppliers who perform services for us, under data processing agreements that regulate how they receive and handle the data.
• Law firms and other advisers, when needed to safeguard our interests in the event of legal claims.

We do not sell personal data.

We keep personal data for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for.

Data kept to safeguard our interests in legal claims follows the longest retention time that applies to the other purposes - unless a dispute is possible, in which case we keep it until it is no longer needed to secure our rights, or until the dispute is settled.

You can at any time ask us to correct inaccurate data. You may also have the right to have your data deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive a copy of it. Where we process your data under an agreement with you, you may have the right to receive it in a structured, machine-readable format and to transfer it to another controller.
